Nicky, thanks...
I have no idea.
Maybe he was just playing and picking with his nose... such a gross boy.
When he was a baby, he loved to lie on his back and pick both nostrils with both feet. He would be so happy that his eyes would practically roll back in his head and he would coo like a pigeon.
I still catch him picking, all dreamy-eyed and fluffed up, especially as he gets ready to roost for the night. Ewwww.
But that's my boy.

Truth be told, most little boys pick their noses! :D:eek:

So glad he is better today!!!!

LeaKP... well, there's no stopping him!

I surely will, Jiannotto! He flew around his usual bit this morning and breathing seems just fine.

Thanks, both.

So happy to hear your beautiful boy has a dry nose today! Poor Gail, I know you had a rough night.

Rickeybird, please don't scare us like that! We prefer to hear you're happily causing mayhem!

Thank you, Allee! I agree... I haven't complained about him all day... well, except for the nose-picking.

It's always such a relief when you realize you've over-panicked!

Shhhh, apparently nose picking is not relegated to boys only! Poppy often picks her nose, lady that she is.

Thank you SOooo much!

Today, every time I lost sight of him and then looked again, my heart pounded in anxiety... would I see a runny nose AGAIN???? But so far, so good.

I'm almost over it.

I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL.

I am also heading to the AV with my U2 who is 8 yrs old. She has begun sneezing with a click sound. I have checked her nostrils and there is no mucus or fluid discharge. But she is sneezing with a click sound. Good luck with your Baby, I am hoping it will all be fine. Keep us all posted.

I sure hope that you are at your AV right now! A little clear discharge or a occasional sneeze is fairly normal - again the operative word here is occasional!

Clicks are never taken lightly!!! Any breath based Click is cause for a mad dash to your Avian Vet ! ASAP!
