I do believe it's best to NOT clip your parrot, since that's what they are born to do.
But I still clip my parrot becuase of the design of my house are not suitable for a parrot that can fly. And I know a lot of people have the same issue as me, they don't want to clip their parrot, but for the parrot's safety, it's better if they are clipped. And a lot of people have a hard time deciding.
I don't believe that it's evil or cruel to clip a parrot. Nothing is worse than loosing your feathered friend.
And for people that think that others that clip their parrot should NOT have their feathered friend, not to be mean but, then I can say that non of us should have a parrot AT ALL. Becuase parrots are not born to be in a cage, they are not born to eat pellets, and they are not born to be on our arms and perform tricks. They are born to fly and live in their natural environment.
Of cause, I'm not saying that anyone is right or wrong here, I'm just telling my opinion.
