Today was a hard day ,ever miss your loved one?

I want this more than life by Whitley and Mykonos by fleet foxes was playing on my pandora ...I lost it...I mean like crying real hard..and I'm not drinking ..lol I realize I really miss Doolie..sissy bit me in the face and I was like wtf. And hallelujah by Rufus wainwright was on...I mean doolie use to bite me but I was ok with that...he lived a hard life and was in his 20s..this little girl is young and I'm trying so hard...today is so hard..yesterday she climbed down to nap with me and then all of a sudden she was so playful and cheerful..I mean my bf even said..wow she loves you .how awesome ..today not so much. Sorry I just needed to let my heart vent...I know there's better things to read but I had to drain my eyes and write.some of my best friends have died in the past few years and some days I just can't take it..today is that day

Im sorry for your loss. 2 days ago was 2 years since I lost my Nana. Grief never goes away... some days are just better than others.

I had to drain my eyes

My husband asked me why I was crying. I said IM NOT! He said... Okay, why are you leaking? Made me laugh! Now we refer to crying as leaking

Thanks everyone..after my "drain" my sissy slid down the side of the couch, up on to my lap and put her head down on me. Almost like saying..stop being sad mommy,,you have me now. And she blew me kisses as well.

Sounds like your Sissy is figuring out your recent emotions. I don't know what to say by way of consoling words, but seems like your Sissy has some of those answers. Blessings to you.

After my first BW Pionus passed, it would hit me hard out of nowhere at random times for a long time afterwards. Now I have good memories. It's hard until you reach that point. Even with Sissy, it's still hard cause you know each one is different and can't be replaced. Hugs!
