Update

Boo decided to start talking today. She seems to have pretty big vocabulary. She only talks when she is on top of the cage. She showed a new behavior today. She lays down flat and flutters her wings. Anyone know what that means?

I would have to see it, but with mine, wing flippy flapping while staring at you and flattening out, generally means:

"I want to fly to you, but am afraid I might get in trouble, so I would rather you just come over her and pick me up."

Unless they are looking out the window at the time they are doing it. Then it means "wanna go outside."
