video,what kind of GCC is this?

the store just said "fancy GCC" plz forgive Raphael's feathers, I've only had him/her two days
also Raphael has very blue feathers but they cut them off. i can see them underneath the top feathers. they REALLY did a number on his feathers

also the only noise he/she makes is a quiet little honk. sorta sounds like a duck saying "reh", but very quiet. such a sweet and docile bird thusfar
