I coloured a lot of wood blocks today. Following the instructions on the bottle, 1oz, then 15oz of 70% isopropyl. I let the pieces of wood soak for maybe an hour then set them out to dry.

The colours are really vibrant.

Is this how others have been doing this? Do people let the wood soak, or just a quick dip?
