Weird Colored/Textured Cere?

I've had my parakeet Misha for a little over three years now and I've always wondered if her nose didn't look normal. It had slowly turned brown as she matured but it never quite covered her whole cere and I'm just wondering if that is weird. It's also kinda crusty and I'm not sure if that is normal either. Anybody know if she looks right? I attached some photos taken today. :06:

Yup. She is in breeding condition. This does not mean she needs to breed or wants to breed, though. She is such a cutie by the way.
