Hey! My Lukah gets as many roudybush pellets as he wants each day (I get him the medium size).
I also make him a chop mix. The one he is eating this week is a mix of kale, apple, raspberries, broccoli, jalapeno and carrot and he's crazy about it! I put it all into a food processor and blend it up to little bite size pieces an then freeze it in ice cube trays and give him one cube, defrosted for 20 seconds in the microwave each day. I am going to make him another mix with lentils, garbanzo beans, mung beans, split peas and quinoa pasta (pasta made half of regular corn stuff and half quinoa all organic). Ill mix them all together and then freeze them (after cooking all of them) in another ice cube tray.
I give him fresh fruit and veggies every now and then such as fresh spinach clipped to the bars of his cage or fresh apple slices, banana, blueberries and melon pieces. He's especially fond of apples and bananas!
From time to time I will also give him an egg that I've cracked into a small dish and heated up in the microwave with a paper towel over it for a minute or a hard boiled egg.
I also suggest melons such as cantaloupes!
This is a picture of Lukah's mash tray. I keep it in the freezer with tin foil over the top

Oh! And I also have a foraging toy inside his cage that is filled with almonds. He loves almonds and after looking up all the different nutritional values of the different nuts I felt like these would give me the most bang for my buck. He also gets millet when I'm training or if he's being especially quiet or nice!
