That's a "half-sider" budgie (it has a condition called chimerism) and they are so stunning !!

He was in a compilation of animals with colour mutations., Some really neat stuff, lots of split cats, a fawn normal except for white face and blue eyes, dogs, there was an owl whos spots mutated into hearts, and a chicken like that too. This one was my favorite!
