Until I can clone myself, there is a bit of a narrow pipeline for getting things done. I made some flow charts illustrating the trajectory of a parrot in trouble, and noting places where intervention could make a difference. I decided my original intuition is still good - reach those who are searching for information about becoming first time parrot owners, and direct them to Parrotforums! People here will do the right thing, and help make sure any adopted parrots have the best possible chance for happiness. For that I have to learn adwords programming. in fact there is so much IT and infrastructure work it's discouraging. None of that work directly raises money for parrots but it's essential work all the same.
