Wing twich?

OK so the babies I am raising are all growing up : ( The 2 that the pilot and his wife are getting are pretty much weaned at this point. They are 8 weeks and MUCH prefer the seed/pellet mix with millet and fruits and veggies to formula. They are also flying VERY well and LOVE to be out of the cage. The oldest that is no longer spoken for, is also pretty much weaned. He seems to be quite nippy lately though and am having a much harder time with him/her. My question is the wing twitch thing. If I remember correctly, it is a normal greeting right? They all seem to "wing twitch" me when I go to let them out of their cage and pet them when I first greet them in the morning and they also do this late afternoon. I will try and get some new pics on here later. Such fun babies!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed this to the fullest!

My BCC does the wing twitch when he's happy to see me and sometimes when he's sitting on my shoulder and content.
I don't know if it can also be a sign of anything bad or not.

my sun conure does it when my husband comes home from work because she is wants to get over to him.

This wing twitch, was something completely new to me till Sassy came to live with us, recently. She is a 7yr. old goffins cockatoo, we've lived with a male umbrella for 4yrs. now and have never seen this behavior. Could it be a female thing? Maybe, when babies greet their parent they do this? Residual feelings?

My 18 mo. old Sun Conure "Lucy" started twitching her right wing about 3 hours ago and has done it constantly since. She has not been out of my sight so I do not know what could be wrong. She is still new to me and cautious about me touching her still. Does anyone know what could be wrong, it has not affected her flight or appetite and she is still going non stop as always

Mr. Precious does it when he wants to come to you. He will do it to me as a greeting but will also do it to my mother when he's getting ready to attack. I call it "bat mode". When I first got him he would hang upside down & do it when I told him it was bed time. Now I consider it pre-flight preparations.
