Birdy thief :)

So, i got up this morning and went downstairs to make a sammich (I didnt work today so i slept in tillo 11, nice i know) Well, i took out the meat and bread and stuff and am sitting at the dining table putting it together and just as i am finishing and closing up the bread i hear, "Flap,flap.flap,flap" and Ianto my male ammie lands on the table grabs the top piece of bread from my sammich and makes a made dash back to his cage! I was so surprised it took me a minute to let it sink it that that had happened. LOL He let me tear it to smaller pieces for him and escort him back to his cage with his reward. Normally i wouldnt let him steal food, but he is just starting to make progress with his trust issues as he was completely untamed when i got him. An for him to land 12 inches from my hand and not bite me wa a huge step! Still surprising though and darn cute, totally made me laugh and made my day!

LOL, amazons are great thieves! Merlin stold a whole pork chop from my husbands plate. I couldn't help but laugh.

I think i woulda cracked up if that happened too.

How cute! Puck is thief too. Sometimes he will even defend my plate from me. D:

Merlin ran off with a pound coin today. I love birds and their sneaky thieving ways!

My cat is a bread thief. I keep telling her she is a carnivore, but it is bread she wants, not meat. Little weirdo!

Luckily my birds have been pretty nice about sharing my plate of food with me. Although if they actually climb into the food, that's kind of yucky, lol!
