well, considering the drawers each have a different food... i put the millet in the drawer hardest to open so she has to work more for it lol the perch blocks the drawer part way so she has to work harder for the special treat. the top drawers have zupreem fruitblend (their usual pellets) and some harrison's superfine (a gift from their godmommy who had a spare bag their tiel wasnt going to finish in time for the expiration date).

i have other foraging toys around too in the cage, since they're the favourite kind of toy. i use millet, pellets, and nuts for foraging, since my tiels LOVE nuts. i use almonds, walnuts, and brazilnuts. all shelled and human grade! my tiels are pretty easy to please. give them a foraging toy, fill it with a favourite treat and they're occupied lol

That is so adorable!! I love those drawers. I have to find a more interesting way for Gilbert to get his treats too!!
