Based on the specs, these cages appear to be made of bird safe materials. I’ve never heard of the brand though.
Personally, I’d recommend birdcages4less.com for a cage. They have been around for years and have a good track record of selling safe and durable cages. They don’t sell name brands, thus have pretty good prices on their cages and their customer service is great too.
