Newbie, which bird should i get?

Hey guys so, i am a completely newbie to birds. The only time i have held a parrot is at the local pet shop i held an African Grey. Im in love with greys, especially Congo's but i am not sure my criteria works. BTW! No finches or canary suggestions please, i generally prefer parrots. Here is my criteria.

Not "TOO" loud. But i do still live in a seperated house.
Does not bite every 2 days, once every few weeks im fine with.
I have a newborn, yes i know to keep the parrot away from her, ragdoll cat, and a cocker spaniel
I leave the house from Sunday-Thursday at 7.15 every day and: Sunday i get back at 4.00, monday 3.00, Tuesday sometimes 6 sometimes 7, Wednesday 4.00, thursday, 2.00.
I will still play with it after all those days for 2 hours or 3 but on Tuesday i cant play because it is too late. My parents still are awake till 10-11 but would not want to play with it, only feed it.

Anyway thanks so much and i am excited to hear back. Preferable suggestions: African Grey, Cockatiel, Eclectus.

It is very nice that you continue to gather information regarding Parrots.

Since this new Thread is like your other three Threads and near the same as two of them, what new information do you really need or expect to receive.

In a quick review, your life has likely not changed since the other two Threads and I would be very surprised if the answers are any different.

Have you located the nearest Avian Vet care?
The standard heat of your region is far to hot for the parrots to rarely be outside.

I would strongly recommend that you visit the different Forums as part of Parrot Forums and learn about the requirement of the different Parrots and also in the last half of Parrot Forums are a group of Forums that provided additional knowledge that is needed to Own a Parrot.

I would suggest reviewing the many excellent answers given in your previous similar posts. Spending time with various species at a rescue, pet store, or breeder will be invaluable.

I don't mean to be a jerk but do you refer to any of your other animals as "it" if so birds are pretty sensitive little guys especially African Greys. All three of your requested answers are all pretty different bird personalities. I'm still really new to all this but... You might want to narrow down what exactly it is you want to get out of this new relationship. I'm sorry I couldn't provide you with the answer you wanted, african greys are probably the most quiet out of the bunch though. Take your time sounds like you have a lot going on in your life right now. Again I'm sorry if I sound like a jerk, I just care about animals.

Hi, your post is older but I wanted to respond. It seems you have a newborn and still live with your parents? Sounds like you have a lot going on! Any of these birds can live 15 years or much longer. You will likely go through a lot of changes then and keeping a bird may be difficult. If you are really set on getting a bird, a cockatiel is an awesome small bird that can learn tricks and make great sounds. They are affectionate and cute. They will require a smaller cage and be less expensive to take care of but still give you all the great stuff about owning a bird. They are not very noisy and often make very nice sounds if you teach them. Good luck!

I took about one minute, maybe three at most and fixed it....

Also to the OP....I recommend the GCC...obviously.... Quiet, mostly grunts, friendly and cuddly, can talk an use words in context. Pretty good about pooping if you take the time....very people oriented in a one bird family, training is not tough. Would fit with your schedule mostly, just have him out when your home. You don't always have to be engaged... you just need to be together doing whatever you usually do in the evenings. And always....Be careful around other animals.
