So like I had said, my grandpa wants to powder coat the rusty cage we bought. But we have no idea where and how to do this. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

By the time you have it sand blasted and powder coated, you are looking at 200 bucks, if lucky, and a possibly sick bird! You should have listened to everything said when you first asked about this.
Do a google search, powder coating Seattle.

UPDATE - We talked it over and we are going to just get a brand new cage later on. Don't know what we will do with this one. Maybe a vine plant and have it in the garden? :D

I'm glad to hear you've decided not to use the cage, I'm sure you've made the right decision.

A lot of people destroy dangerous cages so no one will be able to use them again. Using it in the garden is a nice idea too.

I recently saw this cage that was all old and rustic looking and it had a fern in the bottom and a vine plant on the side with white flowers! :D I will try to do that! :D
