Acorns?

I picked up some acorns from my land this afternoon and was just wondering if these are ok for conures to play with/eat

just seen it, oak, foliage an acorns in the unsafe list in small print lol

i know right? i found if i take one square of toilet paper and make it into a ball iago will play with it for a long time....nice and cheap :p

nut is into lego an k'nex right now but i can't leave them in her cage when i am not there :( but she ignores all free toy atempts lol

There is a high probabilty that fungus will be inside the shell of the nut, especiallly since we here on the east coast have had so much rain.

Cool, I never thought of legos as a toy for them. Hmm... now just to try to convince my 7yr old to let me borrow some to try... that may be trickier then i expect.
