Amazon Parrot w/Cage O.B.O!!!

Waiting to hear back from them. Do you agree that this bird does not look healthy at all?! Filthy water dish, filthy cage.

Yeah franks a bit ruffled but seems to be full feathered, that's a good sign. If we knew the age it would help.
He could be a old man. Lol

I've seen far worse but he needs to get out of there. The owner seems ready to make a deal so let's see the west coasters take tis one home !

Beako N Kiwi, if you don't go for him, I will at least talk to the people. The scarlet fell through, was bought before I could get there but glad she is out of that home.

Mare Miller - please do talk to them. My boyfriend is not too happy about the idea. I talked to the rescue I got my girls from and they said they couldn't take in any more amazons. I sent a message to the owner asking if she would give the bird to a good home if we would take him to the vet etc. But she hasn't written back yet. Please do write them!!! Let me know what happens!!!

She wrote me back saying the tail feathers were broken in half or cut in half. Poor Frank. He deserves so much better and this is a bird will be BEAUTIFUL once it gets what it needs.

Check out these two posts. That Greys cage looks too small, he's plucking AND the owner sounds dumb. The female died so now she has no time for the bird!?

Yeah, kind of weird. I asked if she still had the Amazon that was posted on craigslist and she said, no. I asked if she found him a new home and she said, yes. All I can think is that maybe she was talking about you...
