So Bella and Jack are both pretty tame and are coming along nicely. How can I teach them to be more confident around new things? I wanted to try clicker training with them but they both do not accept treats. Bella will run away from treats or anything I put near her for that matter. Jack is a little more bold but still will not take a treat and eat it. I just want them to be able to explore a little better and have fun. I have a huge new tree stand for them and they barely use it. I see these green cheeks in videos and they know how to play and have fun. My guys do not play with their toys or even play made up games. They cuddle sometimes but I'd like to see them be a little more active. When I see other peoples birds they just seem more confident and aware that they can use objects for fun and they can change the scenery by exploring. Maybe there is no help for these two older conures but their happiness means a lot to me. And I feel like sometimes they are more scared than curious.
