Perjo has made an abrupt little squeak noise a few times this week, that strikes me as what would be a sneeze or cough? She never makes this squeak otherwise.
What you want to watch for is whether anything else is out of normal and/or if the sneezing increase or if there is any noise in his air sacks, like a click or see tail pumping with breathing - hear or see that, its rush to the Avian Vet time.
My tiel fluffs himself, releasing dust, then gets some of it in his nose and sneezes. Almost every time, if I didn't know any better I'd think he was sick or that the poor boy is alergic to himself! He is a happy (sometimes pissy)healthy tiel.
Yes sneeze and yawning are normal so long as it is just now and then.
some of my birds will sneeze 2 or 3 times in a row but be fine the rest of the day.
It's the only way they can clear there nostrils out of dust or mucus.
If the sneezing goes on or there is a lot of discharge it's time to go to the vet.
