favourite food

Hello.
I need to find out. I bought an ekki from the pet shop and it doesnt seem like they know birds very well. They couldn't tell me what fruit and veggies to feed my bird. All I basically know is no choc, coffee, litchi, chips and avo.
Desperately need some advice.
Then some favourite fruit and vegs for my goffin cockatoo.

Both my birds love Brussels sprouts, and Broccoli.

My galah loves corn, green beans, peas in the pod, broccoli, chili peppers, pomegranate, zucchini, kiwi, apple, carrots, blackberries

My eckie will eat almost anything. Loves banana and pomegranate. Plums, nectarines, apple, chilli, capsicum, paw paw (papaya), kiwi fruit, citrus, sprouts, broccoli, courgete, lettuce mix, kumara, carrots, gosh almost anything! He also loves scrambled egg as a treat =)

Spray millet. When he sees it, even from afar, his eyes light up, and he jumps on it like he hasn't eaten in 20 years, and someone dropped a piece of decadent cake on the plate. He even makes squeaky "yummy" sounding noises when he eats it. He eats every little bit and pecks away like there's no tomorrow. I honestly don't get what is so great about the stuff. I put a piece in my mouth, and thought, "sawdust."
