HELP!

So I found a “veterinarian” at least, they said they were. So the whole story is that Ruby’s head became rather bald. And her poop is all wet. Sometimes better, some worse. And she has ALOT of feathers falling. The pic is the feathers that fell in about just 20 mins! And the “veterinarians” I found-the only ones in Ljubljana- said it was normal, just a cold and a “hormonal” feather thingy. They thought she was three! They said “a healthy three years old eclectus, I would say. Just some hormones doing all that.” So I’m worried. Need advice. Is it normal and I’m just overreacting?

I can’t tell for sure if there are pin feathers coming in on her head just above her beak? If birds are losing feathers and there are pin feathers coming in, then it’s not usually something to worry about. Feathers falling out with no signs of new feathers growing in would be cause for concern. My budgies tend to get little bald spots on their head/ face when they’re molting.
