I made a homemade crochet harness for my cockatiel and budgie. I made a new Santa harness for Elvis my cockatiel.

Great job. I love homemade birdie clothes. I do some myself, however can't crochet and don't think it would work on macaws if I could.

I am curious, is there an opening on the harness/vest? How do you get it on and off?

Yes there is an opening, I "slide it" on and off. Slip it over his head, get his 2 inge through the straps, and done. To take it off I slip the straps over his wings and pull it off.

Well I have had both Trudi and Tino out in it. To be honest they think it's amazing I walk around with a parrot, they don't really see the suit that much, maybe because they are red
