My one PF lovie male keeps mounting the other. The other one sometimes screams and tries to get the thing off. I know no penetration is occuring, but seriously! But sometimes the one seems to...enjoy it? Should I bother seperating them?

Never heard of such a thing... strange.
I guess if they're not getting hurt or anything theres no need to seperate them.

Its pretty common. Birds are very sexual, and not very discriminating. If they're alone they'll mount anything in their cage, or often their owners - so why not another bird.

I wouldn't see a problem unless it is constant and one is being harassed to the point of being severely stressed.

"If they're alone they'll mount anything " Now that sounds like my dog...

I never noticed this with my old Lovebird... didn't even realize it could happen. Every day you learn something new...

Yeah, they are pretty much still carrying on in the same way....but not as much. Lucifer is not as "unhappy" lol as it were.
