How old when bluffing stage ?

I have a DYHA, Polly. She is 1 year old and I wonder when I can expect the bluffing stage ?

Do you mean sexually mature? Its different for each species, & probably male/female, but Merlin didn't show signs until 5 years old. I think some birds sooner, some later.
