A few months ago a hummingbird flew into our house. It couldn't find it's way out and took a good rest on a sidetable.
I slowly walk towards it and put my finger in front of it and it stepped up [emoji50] and fell asleep on my finger. I walked outside and after a few minutes it opened it's eyes and gave me a look but did not fly away yet.

After a few minutes it flapped it's wings, gave me a good look again and flew of.

What a great experience that was. Had to share this with you.

Cheers

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
There is something magical about an interlude with a wild animal. Thanks for sharing!

Some believe that a wild bird visiting your house is the way for souls of your beloved ones to get in touch with you when they miss you. I'm not saying it. Old people do. Don't judge me. Lol
