I Tought It Was Kind of Funny

I just walked past Bob's cage, and she was standing on the open door. I stopped put my fringer up and asked her if she wanted to come out. She walked over touched my finger with her beak and got a small static shock after which she retreated into her cage.

I thought it was funny, but feel bad for her. I need to remember to start grounding myself before asking her to come out.

aww poor girl it is funny but i am sure she got a good scare out of it hopefully she will get over it fast

She did and every time I've gone over tonight after that happened I remembered to ground myself. She was getting her neck scratched for a good 20 minutes before bed.
