My AC is broken and pending repair for 1-2 weeks. It can go up to 90-95F in my home. I leave all windows open and fans circulating.

My question is: On weekends when I'm home, can I shower my conure 3 times a day to cool him off? I'm talking just plain water, 5 minute showers.

Absolutely! They won't come to any harm from this. I often spray my birds down multiple times a day--- especially if they are being loud and nuisance-y -- gives them another outlet for their energy--- preening!

In summer when my AC isn't on, I generally keep a spray bottle in the fridge and spray my birds every time I go there to get a drink or whatever. They always seem to appreciate it. My cockatiel would get excited when he saw me go to the fridge lol.

I think my bird hates water. What bird hates water? I tried letting him have a bath and he goes nuts over it biting me and everything else. I try misting and he hates it! Showers are a big no as well. It's like I got to force him to take a bath. :-/
