PrettyInInk, congrats on a boy and girl!
Chelle, there is a DNA sexing company in California, although they charge $25 for the test. $20-$25 used to be pretty standard! There is no need to order a kit, simply download the DNA testing order form and print it out! After that, fill in the information with a bit of blood or some plucked feathers!
About DNA Bird Sexing
Here's the Healthgene information. They also have a file you can download and print instead of ordering the kit. However, you may want to contact them first to make sure it's ok to send a sample into Canada! (if they don't have any US labs available)

Avian DNA Test Submission Form
Here's another company that some people have recommended. They also allow you to print out a blood collection sheet and give discounts with more samples that you provide. (also in Canada)
Accu-Metrics- DNA-Vian Testing
The company most often recommended is Avian Biotech, although I have heard that they may not be as accurate as other companies, and I can't even visit their website without my antivirus blocking the website! (I know how to get around that, I just find it rather annoying and haven't bothered to fix it! )
