Kiwi biting my hand

Hi everyone, I had kiwi for over 6 months now and there havent been a lot of progress until recently. He started coming to my finger and biting it and biting my nails and also like licking my finger too? I dont think he means it in aaggressive way, he also puts his foot on my finger. Just want to know if this is progress on our bonding and him being less scared of my hands.

If he’s coming up to your hands then it sounds like he is getting over his fear of them. Will he step up?

The licking and chewing is likely him exploring the new textures etc. You will need to work on bite pressure training eventually so he learns what acceptable bite/chew pressure is.
