Loki update

Loki is doing great. He loves to entertain himself and with work is getting better at letting me give him lovin. Last night he let me scratch/pet his neck and head for 5 minutes before bedtime.

I also got his new net and ladder up last night. I had to work a bit late, so I didn't get them hung until after his normal bedtime (7:30 pm). Once I was done, he had to get up and check it out.

I think it passed his careful inspection.

I actually have 2 bullies, a 8 year old female brindle named Rosie and a 6 month old male puppy named Rocky. I will try and post of pic of these two for you...

Both have great personalities, but Rocky is a love sponge....he cuddles any chance he gets

AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! Your bullies are GORGEOUS!!!!!!! How are they with Loki? Mine stays away after an uninvited or necessary bite from my Amazon Buddy. Buddy bit his jowl hard. Canelo was innocently sniffing him, poor baby.

My girl is completely uninterested. My little boy stares at Loki constantly, and won't take his eyes off of him. I am sure wants to play, but fortunately for me, Loki was fostered in a house with pitbulls, so he isn't really concerned if the dogs are in the room with me or not.

Great day today. Loki has always stepped up for me, but did not seek contact. This afternoon I was sitting on the couch next to his cage and guess who decided that he needed some attention. He came out of his cage to the to of the door and let me know he wanted me to give him some attention.

It felt like real progress towards him really trusting me. Feels good.
