They are a bit smaller them my birds ,should i be worried that they might get stuck in it?

I also found these cute plastic beads ,but they have a shine to them would they be okay?

Thank you for your help!

Oooh, so lucky!!

Ok, the Blocks : I wouldn't cut them open to make a 'foraging box' (sharp edges possibly) but with nice big holes drilled in the sides and small holes in the top and bottom to thread a rope/SS chain through, they'd make super foragers!

You could also use them as 'base toys' - small hole top and bottom for a chain, more holes iin the sides to thread rope through, then thread the rope pieces hanging out the holes (I hope that makes sense!) with smaller toys, beads, etc so that it hangs down and makes noise when moved around.

The Cones : Easy foragers! Make a hole in the longer side, near the top, to hang it on and stuff with veggies.

The Bangles : yes, I would be concerned that the birds can get stuck. But you could tie rope or fabric around them to make preening toys, maybe?

Percy wouldn't let me take his out of his cage, so I hope you can see what I mean in this pic ;)

The Beads : I think they are fine to use.

Don't forget to show us what you make :)

MomtoPercy has given you some great tips, exactly what I would have mentioned to you.

They are lovely items, just needs some imagination to put together some awesome toys.

Please post pic's when all is done

I made a few toys.
And i used the icecream cones like you said momtopercy.
I kept them simple so they are easy to clean.

Love the long ones with the cones. Get pics of the birds enjoying them :)

I love the suggestion of using old bangle bracelets for preening circle toys!! I need to go hit the thrift shops and make a bunch for shelter toys too. What an amazing thought!!
