So as a followup of my past thread, just now a minute ago i have succesfully fed my lovebird from my hand! OMG 
that means i was holding millet spray close to my fingers so he would have to approach my hand like 3 cm away! So is this a huge step forward taming wise? where do i go from here? My plan is to only give him millet spray through my hand and not in his food bowl since he will then learn that my hand means tasty good food and thatll make him happy rite? He is not at all stressed out anymore around me atleast, and he eats drinks sharpens his beak and im just really happy it worked out! So is the next step to try put some millet in my hand and make him eat that and then try pick him up by the gentle chest nudge method? Please help!
