No power\no heat

Thanks to our fun weather we have lost power and have no idea when it will return. We are in northern Michigan and it's not warm and no power no geothermal heat. At what point do I consider moving Buzz (African grey) to a warmer house? What temperature can he tolerate without worrying?

Cover your fids on all sides of their cages with layers of blankets...someone mentioned before. Not sure the layers are necessary if you are using blankets.
