Orchid said her first word! At 7 weeks?!

Coffee time for me, play time for Orchid on the floor at my feet. We were playing tug o war with my toes and her little rope. She then ran to her picknick basket/sleep cage climbed in went to other side stood up tall to poke her head out and said loud and clear "Hello!"

Orchid is his Eclectus baby!

I once had a baby say his first word to me and he surprised me BIG time. He was a baby Quaker at 5 weeks old and I went to hand feed him and he said "Hello" I thought I was going crazy....lol....Then he repeat himself....He was a very special bird to me and always will be....

That is so awesome. Love it when they say their first word....and their second and third
