Panini Press

I was taking a look at this panini press and it says it's PTFE and PFOA free. Apparently it's ceramic.

I was hoping for a second opinion please if you have a moment:

It seems to have mostly good reviews on Amazon. The only complaint I saw repeated was that when heating up the first few times it emits an unpleasant odor (probably some type of coating on the heated surfaces that eventually burns off). For that reason, I would be sure to plug it in and let it heat up a few times in a closed room away from Jasper until the odor went away.

Appreciate you looking at the reviews! Thank you. I'll heat it up a bunch of times in the bathroom first. I'm so excited to find one, I thought they all had Teflon!
