Hard to tell from the video, but maybe the swing is too small for Koki? If he stands on the wood perch he will need some room for his head to clear the rope. Does he even try to go on the swing?

Nope, he isn't even watching swing, and if he somehow comes near it while moving and suddenly touch it he just run away asap, I've cut those ropes which are just for design to see if maybe that was the problem, thought maybe he doesn't wanna be touched by it, but still the same.

Seems like you've done all you can with the swing. Sometimes birds will immediately like a toy, other times it takes a long time. Often they just ignore it as if it isn't even there! A lot depends on how Koki was raised and socialized before coming home to you. I don't know much about Rosellas to give much advice on their personality!
