HI there, and welcome to the forum. :)

Looks like your Eclectus is still VERY young. The beak is still dark and so are the eyes. If you are wondering about the red feathers, he will most likely molt those out with his first major molt. :)

CUTE outfit. :D

Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
That looks like it may be a fairly rare Eckie color mutation.

It doesn't affect the bird's health, but some folks consider these birds slightly more valuable...

Either it's a chimera (which keep their colors into adult hood)

Or just a mis-feathered baby, that in time, will grow in normal colored feathers for it's sex...

Ever seen a blue mutation Eckie? Or the half and half that have the mixed in coloring of both the male and female eckies?

Oliver, Male (SI) Eclectus
He looks adorable to me in his little outfit and he looks healthy. Oliver has a little red here and there on him as of late--he his one year old. You can't see it in the profile picture because it's an older picture of him and for some reason I can't figure out how to load more pics. Silly non-tech me!
