Rehoming a Blue & Gold Macaw Tennessee

I have actually been looking to adopt one if he or she is still available I am experienced with macaws and large birds and would love to keep that poor baby from going to a center when they could have a loving home with me. I am close to Knoxville.

I was contacted by my friend who runs a dog rescue, she was given a 10 year old B&G, she's had her for 2 years but cannot care for her to the level that's needed. She reached out to me because I have a B&G, but I cannot take on another bird and mine is very well cared for and I don't want to create any discord. I'm not on here much but read through some of the posts. Is there a listing that's available of REPUTABLE rehoming or bird sanctuaries I could refer her too? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
