Savannah Playing Ball

We just started having Savannah play ball with Morgan and Marcus. Here is a video of Savannah playing ball with Marcus. The first few days of playing ball Savannah would make all these wonderful happy noises while playing. She just loves playing with them. I love to hear her happy! Soon we will be on to basketball! :th_biggrin:

LOVE IT, Blanca!!! Gosh, Savannah looks ENORMOUS next to Marcus, HAHAHAHA. She played with him SO nicely!!!

Wendy - She is such a sweetheart and it's nice that she can play with the kids. The kids just love doing this with her. And yes, she does look huge next to my little Marcus. But he is not intimidated by her at all. But the kids have gotten good at reading her body language, so they know when to give her space. LOL!

Yes I know. LOL! When she starts to get over excited I know it's time to quit. Just in case!

But Marcus wasn't ready. But she was a good girl.

My Red Lored can throw a ball with either foot or her beak...

My macaws tend to run off with the ball and use them for a foot toy...

I've made too many chew toys out of them I guess!

Savannah isn't a run off with the ball kinda girl. She is very mellow and easy going. She is not big into play so it's good to see her do something she finds fun and that encourages play. There is no drama in this little queen!
