Simple bird recipes??

Hey guys, I know I haven't been on in a long time xD
I'll update you on how Sprite is and give some stories later (in a nutshell-hes doing great<3)
Anyway, so today im looking through my bird cook book because I really wanted to make Sprite some food after a scary day at the vet!! So I realized that I didn't have like any of the ingredients needed to make these foods. The ingredients were random ones that I think most people don't have in their kitchen
Anyone have any recipes that use everyday ingredients and that birds usually love(Sprite is very picky!!)? Thanks!!
