Trying to find some answers for my new bird

Hi all I recently bought a ringneck, which I have no experience what’s so ever. I am willing to learn about the birds I got. The guy I bought it from told me he is green clear tail. They pretty much have all the shades.

I have attached the photo any right direction will be very helpful.
