Updates on our (first parrot) Kaleeko!

I haven't posted on here since we got our 10 (then 9) yr old son a conure for Christmas last year. He named her Kaleeko and she goes by Kiki. Not sure if you all remember us? Anyway - owning Kiki has been a blast! We love this little bird SO much! My son is absolutely wonderful with her. He handles her like a pro and every night she actually gets in bed with him and snuggles. She likes to climb under the covers and play peekaboo - its so cute. She says Kiki and Pretty bird and she makes a kissing sound if you ask for a kiss. We haven't clipped her wings so she's getting pretty good at flying now that they are growing out. She definitely has 'attitude' but we don't mind. We are so glad we chose her!

Kiki sounds adorable! Great for your son and for Kiki to have such a good relationship. What type of conure is she?
