Nippy but better
Sprinkles will be a year old in march. We have come a long way. He understand me and I know understand him. The more time you spend with them the more you get to know them and when you and your bird know each other well things get much better.
I knew Sprinkles was nippy He bit hard but not aggressive just hard at first. The first week I had him I thought this is not going to work out. I stuck to it. I worked with him. Building his trust Also I make a little noise when he bites too hard and he stops now. I let him nip me a little as long as he is not too hard. He has gotten so much better. I can trust him more and he trusted me more.
Just like with any relationship you have to work for it. Birds make you work for it. Once you have the trust of a bird it is amazing.
