When to clip nails?

I'm just wondering at what length my CAG's nails should have a little clip. Here are pics she has concrete perches so I think they are at the proper length but hoping to hear from other owners. Thanks!

They look like Kenji's nails, he also has a cement perch and I didn't think his needed to be clipped. A friend of mine has a CAG with dagger talons of death and pain that slice my hand open. I always clip his nails when I'm there because they tend to be on the long side.
