Why does my Finley shake is tail?

Before I got Levi I found this article on Parrot Body Language. The tail shake means they're excited and/or ready for something new. Like a new adventure.

Ever since I saw your thread I've been looking for it, to no avail. I'll keep looking and if I find it I'll post it. ;)

That makes sense because he does it when I put him down after he has had a favorable interaction or is clearly having fun. He never does if I put him down after I say "no" or he gets in trouble or doesn't like what's happening.
