About budgie's tail

It looks like he's molted it out.
There are only two long feathers in a budgie tail so if both are lost this is what they can look like. New feathers should grow in within a month. If not, see an avian vet.

- A crossover Quaker Scuti (F), A Sun conure AC, A GCC Kent (M), and 7 budgies, Yellow (f), Clark Jr. (m), Dot (f),. AND 4 BABY BUDGIES.
I've seen it come and go. What donna said, they still get around ok.
