Advice for Alexandrine

Hey guys ! New here . I've got an Alexandrine (no idea of age but maybe it's a girl ) from family friend who couldn't take care of it anymore. We've had her for only 4 months . She takes food from everyone's hand but isn't exactly comfortable with it . I'm trying to tame her . I know parrots live in flock and wish to bring a companion for her . She recently started stepping up on a bowl (2 days in practice). As you can see in picture she looks a female (was with family friend for 3 years and has no ring around the neck ). Any and every advice is welcome
