Anxiety being at work

The constant unease when I leave my conure at home for work, Im constantly worried. Didn't think I had these caregiver instincts, I just want to be around my bird all the time now lol

When I had birds, I had a camera set up near their cage and it eased my worrying a lot.

I might do that, Ive considered buying cameras for my apartment

I have a blink camera from amazon so I can check on them, usually I just use the speaker to say be a good bird and then confuse them. it's like 40 bucks.

Nothing wrong with being worried about pets left home alone. Boredom combined with an intelligent dog, cat or bird is the ban of pet owners everywhere!
