Baby budgie only getting fed by the dad and the mom just preening them

Since the baby budgie was 10 days old the mom stopped feeding them and the dad is only one feeding them I’m afraid he is going to stop feeding them. The oldest one is 33 days old and just in the nest not leaving

2 and a half years is a good age, so I don't think it's because they're too young. If both parents stop feeding completely, you'll need to handfeed them. I'll find a link later on how to.
